If you are experiencing pain, physical problems or limitations that are affecting your game, come in for a consultation. At BEST PT, our therapists and trainers work with individuals, small groups and local teams to provide injury prevention and performance enhancement specific to your sport. This tailored training can be in our clinic, on the field or court, or at your home and can be scheduled prior to practice or non-game day.
Therapists and trainers attend practices working with coaches and teams on strength, power, speed & agility. Coaches, team members, parents and players find scheduling additional training sessions before or outside of practice and during the off season are beneficial for strength, power, speed and agility.
