Everyone is unique and so is your injury. That is why your physical therapist will evaluate your injury or condition on your first visit and will develop a plan of care specifically tailored to your needs. We will work together with you to meet your rehabilitation goals, whether it is to walk without a limp, or get back to competitive marathon racing, we’ll get you there.

We treat conditions related to sports injuries, orthopedic surgeries, trauma and repetitive stress injuries/chronic pain. Physical therapists not only treat symptoms such as pain but determine the pain cause. As “movement experts,” physical therapists are uniquely trained to assess posture and movement, and to then develop a treatment plan to assist in making the appropriate changes to the body to eliminate the painful dysfunction. By eliminating the “driver” of the symptoms, full recovery is a possibility. Sports Rehabilitation
Whether you are a weekend warrior or part of a team, sports injuries can be difficult and can happen to the best of athletes. At BEST PT, we understand the frustration of sitting on the sidelines watching your team, or staying at home while friends and family members go for a run or play a round of golf. BEST Independent Gym Program
This program is offered for recent graduates of physical therapy who have made functional gains toward independence, but they may have reached a plateau or reached a limit of what their insurance will pay.
This program will assist those patients by safely transitioning them into a solid gym program either in the comfort of their own gym or through BEST PT’s Independent Gym Program.
This program is monitored by our staff when needed, but also teaches the client ways to become fully independent and at ease in a clinic setting while avoiding re-injury.
BEST Maintenance
We focus on training through a variety of exercises from different disciplines and properly guide clients through personalized one-on-one weight and strength training techniques.

We understand that youth athletes are still developing in their skills. It wouldn’t make sense to design the same treatment plans for both youth and adult athletes, or even for youth athletes of different age groups. Children have different biomechanics than adults because they are still growing – both physically and mentally. Each youth sports performance program is unique, taking into account the child’s age, level of physical activity, and their continuing physical and mental development.

The goal of these programs is to create a pre-season environment where youth athletes can enhance their skills and techniques, in order to ensure a safe and successful sports season. Our highly trained physical therapists will assist with improvements in strength, stability, and body awareness, in addition to working on jumping, landing, and cutting techniques. Perhaps most importantly, the techniques learned will significantly reduce the risk of ACL injuries, non-contact injuries, and overuse injuries, such as shin splints or stress fractures.
